💛 Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we can accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used skincare items cannot be returned or refunded.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all of our customers.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Final sale items

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Gift cards

📦 Return Process

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Fees: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking & handling fee (minimum $12.95).

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll take care of the rest.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, minus:

  1. Original shipping fees

  2. Applicable restocking & handling fee

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  • Alternative: If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for unused and unopened items:

  • Customers cover return shipping.

  • Higher Price: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference will be charged.

  • Lower Price: If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly for you.

🤍 A Note on Fair Use

To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to limit returns or issue store credit in cases of excessive or unusual return activity.
